Essential Oils

Essential oils are obtained from very specific parts of particular plants like flowers, leaves, barks, root, fruit, seeds, grasses and resins. Majority of essential oils are obtained directly from plants by steam distillation but citrus oils are obtained by expression. In the case of Lavender , the oil is distilled from flowers, in case of ginger it’s from the root. 

Essential oils have different properties anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-purification, healing, anti-microbial, aphrodisiac, stimulating, antiseptic, analgesic, sedative, antibacterial, anti -fungal, anti-aging just to mention a few. Essential oils can be added to lotions, creams, balms, aromatherapy products and much more.
